Exactly as advitized the recipient child delighted with them service was fast and excellent

I paid extra for express post, no one answered my queries about where the product was at, it wasn’t packed until over 2 weeks later and no one has answered any of my emails or given any sort of apology or offered a refund for the extra I paid.This is the first bad review I have given anyone but I feel its very disrespectful.

My granddaughter was absolutely thrilled with these shoes and doesn’t want to take them off! Wonderful quality
